Positives:
Nothing.
Negatives:
Switched ownership without warning, no notice. No signs on the building to know where we were. Random furniture laying throughout the whole place. Carpet in hallways was filthy with mess from the construction on it. No one was at the desk, waited awhile before yelling “hello?” And someone came out. I requested a crib 3 times and ended up having to get it myself. Daughter (who’s not even 2) had to nap on the (very high) raised bed which was very unsafe, she hurt herself trying to get off. No linens for the crib, they handed me a flat sheet that I had to try and wrap the crib mattress in. The room REEKED of fresh paint, had a migraine from it the whole time we were there. The bathroom had no baseboards which left exposed walls and looked awful. There was an exposed electrical outlet in the bathroom. Homeless EVERYWHERE outside. Saw multiple homeless people literally smoking crack outside the hotel. Humans feces on the ground in various areas. One of the woman was trying to shove a straw up her butt, literally. As we were leaving, a man was outside the front doors screaming about something. I (28, female) felt extremely unsafe here with our daughter and would not let my husband leave us. We visit San Francisco often, where homeless are everywhere, but nothing like this. This was by far worse and more scary and dirty.

Completely awful.

Good
Negatives:
The property claimed they could not honor the reservation made through booking.com and charged me more than the initial reservation. There is no pool or hot tub as advertised. The building was surrounded by homeless people. They had active construction work going on in the hallway our room was located on. We had to move equipment out of the way to walk through the hall. And no one was manning the front desk either time we needed assistance.

Positives:
The room it’s self was nice
Negatives:
The hotel was under construction and noisy ( power tools) all day. There was sawdust inc. all over the cups and snacks at the breakfast. No cable during the entire stay. Website shows a pool but the hotel hasn’t had a pool in 2 years. Do no pool

ok for over night wouldn't...
Positives:
To start with - I want to say his name was Scott. Such a warm welcome late at night. Only the lobby looked like it was under renovation. We had a wonderful room. The kids told me that we should have stayed there instead. Too bad it was 3 hours away from our first stop, and eight hours away from our next.
Negatives:
What is there to not like? Everything was great. Breakfast, the surroundings and everything was glorious. It was easy to find and the room was awesome.
