The location of this hotel is incredible. Within walking distance to city's highlights. Great restaurants, food trucks, farmer's market and stores nearby. Area seemed safe with good parking options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. One of the highlights of stay was the breakfast included in our room rate. Fresh, made to order, with a lot of options and delicious coffee. We look forward to staying here again when we next visit Portland.

The road noise was awful ! Didnt sleep for 3 nights . It ruined my vacation. When I asked to be moved they said they were full and couldnt accommodate me. But later on I heard them tell someone they would move them to a quieter room.

I forgot my shoes ams Powerbeats in the room. Called next day and spoke to the front desk person who confirmed that they have my belongings and that either I could pick them up or they could mail at my cost. It has been a month of run around, I have called twice, I have sent my employee once, he has called three times but no response.

Had an problem with the reservation, Booking.com charged and indicated two nights however at the hotel they indicated one night, this went on for a day and a half they even took my clothing and my stuff from the room when I came back after lunch I reported the situation and after 3 hours Booking and Hyatt kind of resolved the issue and they returned my clothing back but my IPhone charger Lighting 45W from Verizon and it's cable were missing and never returned even though I kept asking for it the entire stay. Finally had to fly back home without it. The charger and cable cost is $50 so I do not know how they will resolve this. They also at one point wanted to hold $375 of my personal credit card even when the corporate credit card from my company was on file. They make me take notes and ask my office to go to the web site and provide an additional credit card authorization. They were rude and unfriendly. They also charged $75 to my personal credit card as a security hold and they have not refunded my money yet. Thank you.
