Positives:
The location was excellent for us. We were able to easily access medical appointments and hiking in Forest Park.
We crossed St.John's bridge for some shopping and food which is about 1/2 mile from the hotel.
Negatives:
The bathroom needed more cleaning and the AC was hard to regulate.

We stay at the same LaQuinta for every visit to Portland. The last few times, the bed springs are becoming more noticable... maybe time to flip the matresses? Also, this stay we were here for 2 nights. The first morning breakfast was terrible. There were tiny croissant sandwiches with very thin egg and sausage... tasted gross. 2nd morning was better... scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits & gravy. But the scrambled were plastic hard around the edges.
