When I was given my room it was dirty. It has a musty damp smell, the bed was not made with the linens thrown every where looks like it was from the previous guest, no toiletries and towels. I told the front desk about it and swap me with another room on the same level but still have a damp smell. I know that it’s the week of July 4th holiday so their very busy but that is not excuse to serve your guest like that. For the price that I paid I expect more. I’ll be staying again there next week for longer period, I hope that I have a better experience.
