Very nice place with modern, clean rooms at a great location. It was nice that coffee was offered in the morning. They have a nice bar, too.
Negatives:
The walls are pretty thin - you hear everything - but the hotel kindly provided earplugs already in the room so this was not a problem for me. Also, on the first day, the water in the shower was fairly cold - this was fixed the following day. The water pressure remained pretty low throughout my stay but it was still okay. Otherwise, everything was great.

The one of the elevators was squealing all night long for 6 of the 7 night stay. I asked repeatedly when it was being fixed and they just said they were working on it. The hotel was VERY loud!

I liked that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was a noise cancelling machine. It helped to drown out any noise.
Negatives:
The bed was too hard. The main light switch in the room needs to be repaired. The neighborhood was relatively safe.

Positives:
The Staff! From the moment of valet check-in to lobby staff greeting. Super impressed with help city dining suggestions and entertainment. The atmosphere was amazing. My owner of the company was impressed and wants to look into group or long term discount for our company and other contractors that we will be working with. The company that we met with suggested a different hotel and I had booked this one based solely on location and the good vibe of looking at that website.
Negatives:
Definitely need more than 1 USB connection There were two that were broken. fridge upon request would be great or an FYI that this is not standard in rooms. The was more than accommodating with ice.

My stay at the Moxy...
Positives:
The location is good if you want to be downtown.
Negatives:
No " kitchen " equipment at all- No kettle or coffe maker, no microwave or mini fridge, not even plastic cups or similar.
The shower is uncomfortable, the stream of water is small and rarely hot.
No space for storing things ( the room is tiny )
The walls are thin and every sound is clear and loud.
