Only thing I didn’t appreciate is when I was about to check out they were 2 employees helping people to check out and when it was my turn one left to bar and talk to other employees and I had to wait until the other employees was finished

Overall I love hotel
Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the room was well decorated and clean. The bar downstairs was lovely and welcoming and the location is excellent for any of the train lines.
Negatives:
The room doesn't have any drawers or hangers. I loved out of the suitcase which is fine. The room has lots of hooks though.
