Positives: Close to convention. Walking distance to the conference center
Negatives: 1st the door to enter to the front desk / checking area is always lock. I have to talk to a small glass window with a speaker. 2nd when they let me in exacrly at 4pm the front desk wreaksof cigarette and pot smells. I had a headache just standing there .Not a well ventilated area. The front area is not welcoming, no chairs to make you feel welcome and very small. 3rd : I got there 3 hours early and I asked if they couldn't let me check in early. NOPE. Check in was exactly at 4pm. Drove and walked afou d to utilized my extra time. Came in 30 minutes early. Have to wait in the parking lot. Parking lot only have 3 cars park in there. One lcar ooks live in.. Parkn g lot could used lights to illuninate the area and to feel safe. 4th when they let us in the room the skinny door was really dated past the door is an old ice machine labelled not working on free hand. The hallway wreaks of some indian food. Is so pungent. Everything is carpetted hallways to stairs to our room.. a window was slightly open with air freshner to mask the smell. Now i am asian mom and i cook strong scent that need to be cook only at home.. 5th my room the bed is well done. Looks clean. Bed is hard as rock. It has a nice small refrigerafor and a.microwave. Outdated furniture and curtians. Overall the whole.place is outdated.BUT the carpet on my... it is filthy with some ddied spillage marked in there. Clearly the carpet needs to be vacuum. 6th bathroom has molds in the tiles. 7th aircon is looks disgusting and took a while to cool the room and the dead bolt does not work . I was tempted to go across the other hotel.named Crown Plaza. And their price per room is comparable by $10.00 . SHILO IS $163 PER night while Crown Plaza hotel is $197 with pool, spa and intercontinental breakfast. Shilo is just a room. I choose shilo for convinience and proximity to the place but I WOULD NEVER back there again. Please dont recommend them anymore. Not worth my dime. I check out early.

Negatives: The front office door is locked, and only opens after 4:00. There was confusion about whether or not I was to pay them directly or via Booking.com. The entire facility smelled of moldy carpet, to which they were aware because they left hallway windows wide open, even while air conditioners were in use.

Positives: Not a damn thing.
Negatives: I paid for a room expecting there to be breakfast in the morning and the office dude told me that their kitchen hasn't been used in years. I paid $189 for 1 room 1 night on a Tuesday night!!! And still had to get breakfast somewhere else!!! We couldn't even get an extra towel! Plus both of the office people were super rude, and 1 lied to me, telling me that the manager would be in at 12 if I wanted to call and talk to him but when I did, the other guy answered and said that the manager is pretty much never there!! I want a refund and he won't even call me back!

Positives: The staff endeavored to solve the issues of the double reservation on 21, July, and the lost baggage on the flight.
Negatives: My stay on the night of 21, July was reserved twice, and resultantly the money was extracted twice. This is due to the wrong operation of Bookin.Com. I claimed Bookin.Com through e-mail, but received no response.

Positives: Booking in was great and friendly and met expectations. My room on the ground floor was as requested. The bathtub was delightful after the STP 208miles ride. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well
Negatives: I think that some remodeling and upgrade work would benefit the property. the general impression is dark and dingy and the reception area is very small.
