Everything, starting with the how bad the manager treated employees in front of customers. No towels, no pillow cases, room was dirty, major damage on all the furniture. Awful. Almost left and spent the money to sleep somewhere else.

The location is great....only if you are not trying to get in the parking lot at drive time...the hotel is right on the entrance to highway 205...Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel otherwise you will hear endless traffic-The room was huge.

The room was dark, dreary, dated....come on Shilo-time to update...time to tell your front desk staff to man the desk instead of standing at the entrance-SMOKING- I just love walking through the front door in a cloud of cigarette smoke..analog TV? really?

It was mid point between me and my cousin's so it was a decent location, otherwise I was beyond disappointed!
Negatives:
The room has not been cleaned, so we were switched to another room, that was next a gaping, moldy hole in the ceiling... this room had also not been cleaned all the way. I have pictures! The pool, spa, breakfast bar were shut down. They blamed websites.
