Staff and GM really made our stay amazing by accommodated our rest for a quiet room!! Also the rooms were super clean and beds weee super comfy

Loved the location next to the River and that you could just walk out the hotel and follow the paths for a great walk or tour all the fun to be found in Downtown Portland.
Negatives:
Was disappointed that a festival kicked off at 6-7 in the morning. Music or drums or festivities were so loud we literally had to leave the hotel to get our sanity back. And up late the night before so this was bad.

It was very close to the park! Staff was super nice!!

There was an issue with the toilet which couldn’t be fixed until the maintenance guy arrived hours after we needed to be at our appointment.
There was not a drop of conditioner in the dispenser.
Apparently the ac is backwards so you have to turn the heat up? And even then the room did not get very cold.
