the lobby is amazing and the check in/check out was seamless. I loved there was good coffee in the lobby for guests. i loved the look/feel of the modern rooms and the grandeur of the lobby. i also liked the bar in the corner - it's very nice.
Negatives:
no hairdryer in the room - but I didn't call down for one which was definitely something I would have done if I really needed it. so it's not really a negative.

I have stayed at this hotel some 15x although it had been awhile. I knew some of the rooms were small but I knew that I wanted an outer view so paid for a premium double Queen room which should have had a view and even a corner view per their website, and I paid a premium for it.
There was no bellman when I arrived after 15 hours of travel so I went directly to the room to discover it was a small king room with a view facing into the mechanicals of the building. There was barely enough room to open my one suitcase and carry-on - quite claustrophobic especially for 2 people.
I also learned room service stops at 10pm and they have no vending machines whatsoever so I had to walk 5 blocks through two lit up police cars to get a coke.
I dealt with it because of my sheer exhaustion from traveling but I will probably never come back again.
