My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. I chose it primarily for its electric vehicle charging facilities, but encountered several issues. Firstly, the website advertised EV charging, but there was no dedicated parking area for it; valet parking was the only option, which was inconvenient. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive, struggling to identify my room and missing the charge for my dog. They also offered a confusing response when I inquired about the breakfast included in my room rate. To top it off, the noise from the adjacent room was disruptive. In summary, my stay was unsatisfactory due to the lack of EV parking, unprofessional staff, unexpected charges, and a misleading breakfast description. The excessive noise from the neighboring room further marred my experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues for future guests.
