Positives:
This was my second time here. It is a nice quiet oasis in chaotic Portland. The bed was very comfy. The in room coffee was good. I also enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The non-alcoholic beverage choices in the café were yummy.
Negatives:
The bolt lock on the door is tough to turn. Maybe needs some WD-40 or something? Room service could have more food options like a salad with a protein.

Calm in chaotic Portland
Negatives:
We were literally refused to check in with confirmed prepaid booking saying that they have some issues with their system. We were waiting for couple hours with no luck, and had to find another property in Portland in the midnight. Still no apology or any kind of compensation from the property. Stay away from this place

Grateful that the event on the evening before I left town, wrapped up at 9pm (my flight was at 7am).
Negatives:
Guests leave their water bottles and pizza boxes around the foyer. We pointed out one that had been left for over six hours. The pizza box had been there since around noon when we left and was still there when we returned in the evening. We pointed it out to a staff member and it was quickly whisked away.

It was advertised on booking.com as having an EV parking. I even sent a message prior to my arrival to specifically mention that I need an EV charger for my car to be ready by the next day for a roadtrip. It turned out they don’t have EV parking at all.
This cost me delays the next day as I had to find a charger in the morning, delaying the departure time… yet I was charged for the overnight valet.

Customer service at the front desk was not nice. The maids the cleaned our room took sever full bags of new food items. It was clearly not garbage. When we complained they told us it was sitting in the manager's office, and they would get it for us.

Nice modern rooms, and 2 blocks from the beautiful park along the Willamette River. Dog friendly, too.
Negatives:
Parking to check in was a nightmare - you have to double park and they rush you to get your stuff out of the car so they can park it (Valet). The Valet service was slow when asking to get the car, and I thought it was expensive. Front desk check-in staff were a bit out of it. Maybe had some weed before they started there shift, seriously. One guy just stood there like a statue, eyes forward, with his hands behind his back while the others actually did their jobs. He looked like he was standing "at ease" at a military parade. What was he supervising is the question!

The building interior was very nice, but the staff made this stay fantastic.
The pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna were immaculately clean.
Negatives:
The pool room ran out of towels every night. I let the desk know and within 5 minutes housekeeping was re-stocking. I was very impress with their urgency.

We did not receive breakfast as promoted. However valets, front desk staff, and a few other staff members made the stay pleasant enough.
Negatives:
We paid for a river view rooms and calling those rooms river was a stretch. Sliver view of the river if you craned your neck just right. Beds were comfortable but no bathrobes or proper amount of towels. We did not receive breakfast which was part of the price. Too limited morning options even for something as simple as coffee and juice. Restaurant's hours are so limited, as well as rooftop bar music too loud impossible to chat. Food was fair. Rooms are small.
