Positives: Location was perfect. Across from the public parking lot in Seaside. There was no breakfast. No staff at location. It was a bed and a bathroom. Perfect if your are not going to spend any time in the room, other than to sleep. There was a television.
Negatives: For having paid so much. I expect a bigger room with at least a chair.

Positives: Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Clean. Had all I needed.
Negatives: The only complaint I had was there were a lot of webs on the doorway with spider. I would suggest spraying to keep them clear. Othet than that room was great.

Positives: Though the room was compact, it was well appointed, inviting, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the stow spaces and refrigerator were good.
Negatives: Would have been helpful to have even a small shelf by the bathroom pedestal sink to set a toothbrush on.

Negatives: We arrived at the hotel and there was a note posted on the office door to drive to another location for check in and key. Once we got to that location there was a line and another note That someone would be there shortly. Room was extremely small

Negatives: The wooden front step in unit 303 needs to be secured…I almost fell because it was not secured properly

Negatives: I inquired about a price match with online chat that I still have not heard back about. Room was very small and bare bones so not worth $200 a night even if it is in Seaside. The price match was for $96 per night which is much more reasonable for the room(this was hotels of america). There were stains on the bed that did not get changed (staff only changed half the linen), when we asked them to clean certain things they were grumpy with us. The TV was difficult to make it work.
