Positives: It is an older beach motel, room is small for two queens but workable. Very clean. Walkable to shops/restaurants, aquarium, and the beach. Price of the room was good. The housekeeper (man) was friendly and did a great job.

Negatives: We had to travel to different motel several blocks away to check in.

Positives: The location.

Negatives: The absolute ONLY reason this is not a 1 star review is the location. Very ideal. Other than that, everything from the stay to the room was absolutely horrendous. The service was terrible. Two rude elderly women working in the front desk (on a different hotel site by the way) were unhelpful AND unkind. The rooms were dark and dingy, knicks everywhere. Sink clogged. No screens on the windows and it was so warm. DO NOT STAY HERE it is really not worth the location.

Positives: I loved the location of the property. Easy to access downtown, beach, and the aquarium.

Negatives: We did have to buy some cleaning supplies to do a deeper clean. Also had to rewash some of the dishes.
