This hotel on the edge of Sisters was in a great location and offered a large, comfortable room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay even though the property is a bit dark and tired - but maybe that's the Ponderosa theme? Clean, easy parking, good front desk staff, excellent fresh breakfast with cheerful host - this hotel had everything we needed on our long road trip across the USA - all this ... and alpacas!
Negatives:
The room rate was a bit steep but it was leading up to the Memorial Day weekend.

The breakfast was excellent and the woman cooking it right in front of us was so friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful and large. Alpacas outside were fun to watch from our large screened in patio.
