I slept really well.
Positives:
We checked out a day early. One of the bed sheets had blood stains. So dirty and nasty. When I talked to the front desk about it she said theres nothing I can do, I can only apologized. Staff not friendly and the hotels is dirty.

Always liked this location but had a bad visit this time
Negatives:
Air conditioner was not working correctly and noisy. Turned it off and it still made noises. Didn't want to move since we were settled it.. finally had to unplug the unit to get noise gone. It was a warm night -- I complained to the management at the front desk on the way out and through an email. NO RESPONSE. We use this location everytime we are in Eugene. Not anymore.

Check out took mora than 10 minutes at the front desk. There were no additional charges and the room was paid in advance in full.

The room and beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the front desk had toothbrushes and toothpaste available ( we forgot ours), there was a pool, exercise room, and a full free breakfast.

Its a little tricky driving in and out of the location
