They accommodated our need for a first floor room for my husband who had had surgery that day.

Paper products were TERRIBLE! They used the absolute lowest quality. I appreciate the expense of better stuff, using what feels like sandpaper is unpleasant. We were given only 2 bath towels. Didn't like that.

While checking in, I was told that that their television cable, Comcast, had an outage in the area. Comcast website said there wasn't an outage. The hotel next-door had Comcast cable working. This hotel didn't seem to have an account with Comcast.
