Negatives: Left a charger in the room, they never found it.

Negatives: Previous stay, taking our dogs out to do their relief, we took the stairs/fire escape to exit building. No window on doors to speak of, but exiting bottom floor, a man who had pants on, startled our terrier. He nipped at him, but I pulled him back. I do not recall the dog biting the man. But, upon 2nd booking, I was remembered and was told the man was an Embassy employee and reported blood was drawn. Consequently, my prepaid reservation was currently short because of the policy regarding my pet. My wife and I knew then, we were not welcome, and requested full reimbursement and we will look elsewhere to lodge. Our pets are vaccinated and I carry their proof from the vet on my cell phone. Wife and I were just discussing in acquiring a muzzle to keep him quiet and discourage nipping at strangers, prior to our arrival too. During our first stay, we always used the stairs to exit fir doggy duty business. Half the time, we used the elevator to reach our level where our room was.

Negatives: The elevators not operational and the long wait for just one elevator working

Negatives: In the morning, the elevator was really busy yo use. Had to use the stairs to go up and down to your room. That was the only problem.

Negatives: Property is a bit dated, but it's clean and comfortable.

Negatives: The floor was a little sticky around the breakfast hard floor area - probably from spilt coffee/syrup. It was not big deal though, considering the inevitable light spills around the juice/soda and coffee areas.

Negatives: The staff rude and lazy the night manager was great. He adjusted the problem fast. The day manager was a slum. We were down one elevator for thousands of people that were in that hotel trying to leave on a Sunday morning or get breakfast spent over an hour trying to to get on the elevator, was still unable to took the stairs instead tons of frustrating customers
