Hot tub broken still from last visit the phone the TV the remote control none working had to physically walk down to the desk and get batteries for the remote for the TV then the TV messed up the beds are okay but I think they're about due for a change breakfast is non-existent if that's what you call breakfast granola bars and yogurt okay

How I was able to have things shipped to the hotel and the staff always had it for me even when I have not checked in yet. The ease of the check in and check out process. How friendly the staff was to me always.

It was clean and quiet. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I learned from mentioning that I have worked Front Desk & Front Office Manager postions for the last 20 years & when I worked at a Super 8, I worked two 10-hour graveyards, one 8-hour evening, and two 8-hour morning shifts weekly. She had mentioned she was at the end of a 12 hour day. Her professionalism and level of customer service, one would have never guessed she had been there that long. Kuddos to her! Thank you!

Positives:
The staff was very nice and the pool was great. The pool was the perfect temperature, we were able to just walk into the pool. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was very simple consisting of yogurt cups, bananas, granola bars, and packaged oatmeal you pour water into. They also had powdered hot chocolate, two juices, hot water, and coffee. I did not see any milk for the oatmeal, but I did not have any, anyway. For a grab-and-go breakfast, it was sufficient. The motel is very close to the Woodburn Factory Outlet stores (driving distance) which is where we went. If you go, plan on spending a few hours as there are a lot of stores there.
Negatives:
We were sad to find out the Hot Tub was down for repairs. The pillows were very firm. The water coming out of the showerhead was poor, but we were able to wash off the soap. There was no list of what channels were available. I had to scroll down the guide on the TV to find out what number the channels were on. Several channels on the guide that I tried to watch were not available on the Motel's subscription. A simple card of what channels are available would have helped. There is only one ice machine and it is on the first floor. (3 floor motel). The WiFi was great and easy to hook up to. It would also have been nice to have a list of some of the local restaurants in the area that were nearby. I did Google it but Woodburn is very close to Mollala and some of the restaurants that showed Woodburn were actually in Mollala according to our car navigation search. I suppose that inflation has hit the motel industry too. The motel is rated as two dollar signs but with the 9 percent room tax and another tax (about $18), it cost me nearly $185 for one night just for the room.

Location was OK, it was pretty quiet seem to be relatively clean. We’re all very pleasant and professional.
Negatives:
I was looking forward to using the swimming pool however it needed some work once it was up and running. It looked white gross water did not look clean. The breakfast could have had a little more to offer.
