The only redeeming quality about the hotel was the front desk staff, Chris, who went out of his way to try and resolve my issue with getting Valet to respond to my request for my car. And I needed my car to pick up my daughter from camp- I had not seen her in 6 weeks.
Negatives:
Valet is horrible. I waited over and hour and half for someone to bring me my car. Chris at the front desk called his manager, the valet company manager, walked around to the garage to find someone and even went so far as to try and get engineering to come and break open Valets box to retrieve my keys. Chris is a gem but this was beyond his control.
Review
I would not recommend staying there based on the ineptitude of the Valet service.
