The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. The toilet wasn't cleaned, but the desk employee came up to clean it after I let him know of the problem.
Negatives:
I was told to pay a $100.00 deposit fee due to holes in walls or smoking in the room. The desk employee told me the deposit would be refunded after we left. There were stains in the bathroom sink that looked like a previous guest had been smoking, I took a picture of it and took it down to the desk employee. I'm keeping the picture until I get the credit card bill showing we were refunded the $100.00 Booking should have put this deposit information in the description..

Shannon at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming also very attentive and polite as well as accommodating myself and my husband smooth check in. The other staff also very friendly May myself and my husband feel welcoming.
Negatives:
The refrigerator was not working in my room. Everything in the room needs to be checked before any check in to advoid any inconvenience for the guests.
