I booked and paid for the room 3-4 days before travel. When I arrived I was told that the queen bed that I paid for and reserved wasnt available and that when I go through a 3rd party it doesnt hold the specific room. I then set in the lobby for 30 mins waiting to be put in a room w 2 doubles. (This was after being told I would need to pay the difference for 2 doubles) the computer would not allow the room switch so the manager was called. I was finally given a key for a room and went to it and it was dirty w sheets off the bed. Went back and was ask if I would care to be in a room that has damp floors from a pipe busting but should be dry by morning. At this point it was 10pm and I said I just wanted to go to bed. The computer wouldnt allow that change so I was given another room. The front desk had to walk me to my room and show me how to jiggle the handle and press in and up on the door because the locks messed up. Before using the shower I saw there were long hairs stuck to the wall and shower was dirty. The toilet had spots from previous use. I come monthly to this area and always stay there because of connivence but this trip was awful.

Not much, pretty bad. I guess the only thing was plenty of parking.
Negatives:
What a DUMP!! Dirty, disgusting. The room was not cleaned, hair in the bathroom and shower, plus you get a clogged shower with water that accumulates up to your ankles. Breakfast was the worst.
