We were not able to stay for the night we booked because the hotel said they could not find out reservation even though I had the email confirmation. They had rooms available but were unwilling to honor the price we booked and paid for.

Terrible experience booking with booking.com...

Staff was very nice and pleasant.

We had ask for clean towels, trash to be taken and a box of tissues 2 days in a row and there was a disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. The gentleman at the desk did get us a box of tissues when I went down late in the evening.

I had to check on 4 rooms before I was giving a temporary room til my room was ready. Was getting married that exact day so the room not being ready was concerning. Since I was on a time schedule.

The air conditioner was loud and would go on and off waking us up. But it worked very well. The mattress was too soft and my husband’s side would sink more than my side making it uneven.
