Rate was the driving factor on Booking.com and included breakfast. Facilities were nice.
Negatives:
Staff overcharged my booking.com reservation by $10 and refused to do anything about it even after I showed them my Booking.com receipt for the correct amount.
Im on hold with Hilton Honors for 30 mins now. It the principle, they dont give you a receipt unless you ask.
Also, I was given an extra hour (12 noon) for checkout, but staff was knocking on my door at 11:20 while I was in the shower.. had to step out wet and answer door.
At breakfast, I left my key in my room. I went to front desk and seemingly interrupted the clerks breakfast, who proceeded to give me 2 key blanks and said try these. I said dont you need my room # to program the key? I dont know, let me check? REALLY??!!
