The room was clean
Negatives:
The hot tub was not hot. The toilet in the room didn?t flush right. And the motion sensor kept the room hot when we didn?t move and also made me wonder if it was a hidden camera.
Negatives:
they let children run and yell in the halls all hours of the night, the rooms were not clean shower walls bathroom floor and the lamps and desks were dusty. The pool and hot tub were also not functional and there was no onsite dining/bar like stated.

Im a travel nurse I count on peace and quiet returning to my room after working 16 hours. I had to call the front desk FOUR times to report noise in my hallway and people knocking on my door. NOTHING WAS DONE. Tge staff did NOTHING TO RNSURE PEACE

I'm a repeat customer at this hotel it has been home too many good stays. The staff is generally very helpful and polite.

It's becoming difficult to enjoy the pool area unless you're there alone. Parents go there with their small children and let them run wild. Management should step in before children and visitors get hurt. Small children should not be in the jacuzzi area

I enjoy the familiar surroundings into this hotel many many times most of the times have been effortlessly pleasant friendly front desk staff.

It's not the kids fault but the parents fail to control their children in the pool and surrounding areas kids don't pay attention and jump in from all sides someone could get hurt I'm afraid it could be me !

My room door did not lock when I closed it. I had to jiggle the knob a few times to get the door to lock as I left out of my room.

Not clean, rooms smelled, rip in carpet, bathroom had no lock pool was closed for maintenance. VERY NOISY.RIGHT NEXT DOOR WAS A WINE PARTY WITH MANY PEOPLE,SCREAMING IN THE HALLS AND BANGING UNTIL ABOUT 2 AM. KIDS COULDN'T FALL ASLEEP.
