It shows the check in time is after 3pm. I went to check in at 3:30am on the 2nd day and they told me it?s too late to check in and they have my reservation cancelled.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. Our daughter was hospitalized at st Christopher's children's hospital and we had to extend our stay they were able to accommodate us.
I can't stress how nice and compationate the front desk staff were.
I will use this hotel for every stay we have in philly.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and everytime I come its always a pleasant experience. Very clean, all the staff are very friendly, and it smells so good. Can’t wait to come back
