Didn’t replace towels, empty trash until asked to do so. Pool was filthy. They shut off water to work on burner from 10am-3pm. No lounge/bar area to relax.

Our neighbors above us were extremely loud. They stomped and ran down the hall all night. It was hard to rest. The manager stated I would get a credit for 1 nights stay because of the noise.
