Office attendant was pleasant (heavy accent, hard to understand) but not very helpful to accommodate my request for a better room. He tried...
Negatives:
Minimal amenities. NO hair dryer, shampoo etc. Towels were clean but worn. Poorly "renovate". Damaged wall in bathroom, exhaust fan/light was obviously not clean and poorly fitted (dangling) in ceiling. Refrigerator, right next to bed, worked but made loud noises that disrupted sleep. No coffee maker in room.
Since the office didn't have any, had to go out the night I checked in to buy a necessary fly swatter. Gifted desk with one too. Seemingly, unbeknownst to them, they needed one! Nearby farm fields in a rural setting.
Full glass paneled entry door was the only "window". Large awkward sliding curtain for cover. So no way to let any natural light in without feeling exposed!
I could go on... Solid 1⭐ situation. You get less than you pay for. Won't do that again.

Front desk was friendly and there were no bed bugs. Those are the only positive things I can really say.

We had a non-smoking room but the whole room stank of cigarettes. The room was INFESTED with house flies. The night we checked in, there were at least 14 large flies that I could count. My partner and I had to go on a bug hunting frenzy to sleep in peace. However the next day a whole new hoard of flies somehow ended up in the room. Not sure where they were coming in from, but it was terrible. I used my shoe (pictured) to kill several flies, which I later tried to rinse off in the sink. I then found out the sink drains slower than molasses through a tea strainer (also pictured). Would not return here.

Flies in the room live and smashed on the walls. shower water pressure was low and leaked all over the floor. sheets seemed clean but the burn holes in the very thin blanket made me wonder.not a full certified electrician but it definitely wouldn't pass code.deadbolt didn't work.im sure there's more but it was all around run down

Looked into the room they gave us, and it was quite dirty. I asked them for a different room, and that one was no better. After the 3rd room they showed us, we asked for a refund. They said they would get us a refund, but it's been over a month and no refund has shown up. I would not recommend this place.
