There was a very loud noise above room which sounded like a large piece of machinery being run across the floor which woke us up early each morning. When we complained to the front desk they had no idea
When we got there they had a hard time finding our reservations! After about a half hour they found them
Ran out of coffee in the lobby Sunday morning
They only left us Decaf coffee in our room both nights
Sunday morning the door to the exercise room was broken so couldn't get in!!!

Our room was on the third floor which felt like we were second class citizens. No refrigerator in the room and I was told the third floor does not get refrigerators! They did bring me one when I insisted I needed to move!. We stayed 3 nights. No one cleaned the room. I needed to ask for fresh towels. No one restocked the coffee or tea in the room. The rug was frayed! The breakfast was cold french toast, cold scrambled eggs and cold bacon and sausage. The fresh fruit was delicious though. But not for $16! Definitely WILL NOT ever stay in this hotel chain again

Updated and clean lobby. Staff was friendly/accommodating and the breakfast was good.

Room was very outdated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest; walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Beds were old box springs, uncomfortable and the pull out couch probably had more than 100,000 miles on it.

Room & bathroom was dirty, room tired and as our 4th stay here in a year it needs cleaning throughout - bathroom skirting boards were caked in shaving hairs & dust, corners of bathroom floor beard hairs & dirt, bathroom wall paper needs attention, bed frame dusty and dirty, under bed was dirty and room smelled musty and was generally dirty. Air con was so noisy it woke you up every time it kicked in. We had a locked door which would be adjoined to next room, it was so thin we heard next doors morning alarms go off at 6 am, 6.15am, 6.40 am, heard all the gentleman’s calls and even heard the caller on the other end! Heard him coughing and sneezing his tv and every single thing from 6am …

We were put on 9th floor in separate lifts at back of hotel, like the staff quarters not very nice, room dark and old, we had to walk past wedding & events to get to lift. We asked the change rooms as not nice. We asked for house keeping but they never came, I had to clean room and go down for towels and toilet paper ..
