Great stay which included visiting with family in lobby with coffee and cookies.

Location was were we wanted to be. We stayed at 4 other Hampton Inns that week, they were all clean and good standard. This was not.
Negatives:
The rooms were unclean, and cold. We switched on the heater and the smell that came from the heater was horrific. I did report that on check out.
The staff member that checked us in was not very welcoming and very rude.

I didnt see a lot security. We came in 2x in the day and the evening and there wasnt anyone at the front desk. We walked directly to the elevator without anyone seeing us. I felt this was a bit odd for a hotel.
