The breakfast was really nice and plentiful.
Negatives:
The issue I had was when I checked in. The rate I guaranteed my room was for $109. When I arrived I was charged $132 and was told that the reservation came to them that way and that they can't adjust it in there system. Also, I was told that I could choose another method of payment at check out. Well, my credit card was charged as an express check out for the incorrect rate as well as a mysterious charge of over $300 that is still pending with my credit card company from July 1st. So I basically was charged over $600 dollars for a king room at a three star hotel. I'm very dissatisfied. This was my first time using AAA
Review
The impression I got was that the staff was not very well trained with dealing with online third party reservations. Three different people at three different times tried to figure out my reservation rates. I had a printed confirmation. My vacation was ruined due to all the unnecessary charges and holds on my credit card.
