Positives: Staff was very friendly; pillows were comfy
Negatives: Location of room was in the back of the property in a more motel-like setting; looked like several rooms around us were used by transients; NOISY! called front desk to complain and they said there wasn't much they could do as it was some kind of sports team. Banging, jumping, running all night above us. Got very little sleep. Won't use again.

Positives: The location and cleanliness of the facilties were great.
Negatives: With this being a convention center and having a bar and restaurant, why would you not have mini fridges and microwaves for guests to store and reheat food? Especially for the price you are asking guests to pay!
