Negatives: Shower and tap water was luke warm at best, no clean towels or room service for second day, Musty smell from A/C filters needed cleaned.

Positives: the room was fine.
Negatives: When making the reservation I emailed a request for a pet friendly room. I received a email back from you, Booking.com, that the property confirmed the request and there would be no extra charge for this request. Upon check -in the person on duty, Tracy, refused to honor the fee waiver. I was told that the copy of the email was not sufficient, that it most likely wasn't real. I found Tracy's customer service skills sadly lacking. I paid the fee. I would at the very least like a explanation as to why the fee waiver wasn't honored.
