The breakfast area was a mess. Cereal spilled, no coffee cream only 1 yogurt available. The frig with the skim milk was dirty and hadn't been wiped out in a while.
There was garbage outside the patio area.
The underside of the toilet seat had not been cleaned in a while.

Positives:
The hotel seems to be used as a shelter . When I pulled up to my room around back there were little kids playing in the parking lot on their bikes while their parents cooked on a grill. The families had lots of stuff stored under sheets near the sidewalk outside of their rooms, and I mean lots of stuff! I tried to get in the door and one of the young dads said that doesn’t work you have to go to the other door. That door was propped open with a stick. The inside was just as bad. They had a big electrical something in the hall that was broken and old, it stayed there overnight . The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The room was filthy. The sink and tub were dirty the mirror had handprints on it. The coverings of the bed were faded and old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had payed ahead and didn’t have anywhere else to go for the night. I quickly called the days in in VA that was my destination to make sure it wasn’t also going to be like a shelter, and thankfully it’s not. But this one isn’t much greater. The room smells like they put too much rug cleaner and air freshener to cover up who knows what that was in here.

Room smelled of weed all weekend. Almost like it was in the heat/air conditioner. Everytime heat or air kicked on the smell was overwhelming. I'm not on le to complain so I didn't mention it but if your sensitive to the smell could possibly cause more issues.
