The front desk was very friendly and the location was perfect for what I needed. I am always super happy with pet friendly because I always travel with my dogs. It was quiet which is much appreciated when traveling for dog competitions.
Negatives:
Nothing really as it was all fine and acceptable. Things that would be nice are probably not able to be changed like more grass in the rear to walk dogs as walking out front is so close to the traffic.

Positives:
I liked the price and that they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room, and they also were able to give us a first floor room because of my husband's disability
Negatives:
There was only broken little bars of soap, no shampoo or conditioner samples and although they gave you a list of channels all you had was the basic 13. Also no tub mat, or textured tub to keep the elders from slipping

Rooms were nicely updated and easy to get in and out of the rooms. Nice location. Beds were comfy. Nice complimentary popcorn and bottled water. Also had a complimentary coffee bar for breakfast that includes some simple foods.
Negatives:
Towels were dingy and there were no toiletries. There were some stains on the sheets. Room felt damp if we turned the AC on.
