Positives:
There was no coffee in the lobby or meal area for breakfast. Orange juice was more like Kool Aid.
Negatives:
Long black hair in the shower and all over the floor in the room. Chair was too disgusting to sit in. Top sheet was put over the dirty bottom sheet over the mattress. We were reserved for two nights. We checked out a day early. We don't expect a refund as stated by the front desk because there is no Customer Service or Customer satisfaction anymore.Quality Inn has no quality control measures in place. Another corporation that doesn't care

Positives:
The tub was cracked. The walls in the bathroom had peeled and were painted over. The faucet was not properly cleaned. It was smeared from the cleaners towel. There was water left in the coffee maker.

The cost for what was provided was kinda ridiculous. Room had a leak coming from the ceiling. The wall was soaked and the floor was wet. Stains on the chairs in the rooms, including the lamp shades. Drywall had cracks and chipped paint. Room was dirty overall. No one came in the room second day to change bed sheets, pillows, and towels. Overall room was not worth what the cost was. Personally think I should get some money back.
