If you cancel your reservation after May 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The front desk staff were very friendly. Location isn't bad if you're in town for an event at the David Lawrence Convention center.

Negatives: The mattress was terrible and the carpet in the room was in bad shape. The lights by the bed didn't work. Sketchy folks outside smoking in front of the place. Looked like a lot of contractors stay here.

Negatives: Website said breakfast and coffee. Neither was provided. Room was decently clean, but just wasn't what we thought. Uninspired.
