Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room was a good size and set up. The beds were comfortable.

There was a lot of confusion at check-in. The front desk lady was going to charge us because she didn't realize we already paid through booking.com. She ran into a tech error and had to go get another employee, who then thankfully told her not to charge us and explained the correct way. The room was only partially cleaned. We dropped a pacifier and I had to look under the bed for it. There was a pile of dirty tissues and a lot of dust under the bed.

Only a couple of front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and courteous. There were in fact not many staff to cater to the needs of the guests.
Negatives:
First and foremost, there was no dining hall in the hotel. All that they had were two small tables on which were kept trays loaded with small cbars of chocolate and nuts. There was also a can containing hot water beside these items. It cannot be called a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. The bed linens were also not regularly changed. There was hardly anything to eat by way of breakfast. . The hotel was far from the city. There was no proper rail or bus connectivity. The nearest bus stop was one kilometre or more away. Moreover, one had to walk along a mountainous road with hills and valleys.
