We were given a second floor room. The elevator was not working when we checked in and during the whole time of our stay. My wife has a bad knee and has trouble navigating stairs.
We were told that breakfast was from 7 to 10am. We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 am and the eggs were all gone. An employee offered to make some if we wanted but since we were going to a funeral mass at 9:30am we declined. Breakfast food should continue to be available for the full duration of the breakfast hours.
Needless to say we will not be using this Best Western hotel again.

The room wasn't very clean at all. The hallways were dirty, and the smell of smoke was prevalent throughout the hallways. I believe there was a sex worker bringing clients in and out as well. On my second night, there was a long, loud domestic disturbance( verbal)that dragged on for nearly an hour before it was handled by the staff. There were cigarette burns on the bed and sheets. The 3rd and 4th floors are also student housing for the university across the street, which causes very limited parking.

Staff couldn't seem to answer questions w/out calling someone. Rooms weren't as clean as they should have been.. When we needed more towels & wash clothes, I was told they didn't have any extras & that the towels they currently had were for guests checking in, even though we needed towels as current guests.
