The pillow cases smelled like sweat and that somebody slept on them. I took out all the pillow cases since it smelled like somebody has already been sleeping on them and that they weren't replaced. When I ask for a replacement, they asked us to go down the lobby. When we went down the lobby, they gave us 2 pillow cases. There are 8 pillows in the room. So our family of 3, where only able to use 2 pillows.
