Fire alarm went off on...

The staff lied about construction work going on in the room directly above us. I asked the front desk to talk to the people upstairs thinking they were very noisy guests. They said they would speak to them knowing that it was a construction crew renovating the room. The renovation went on from 7pm until 11pm. Staff did not care that the noise was impacting us. All the signs in the hotel said quiet time was from 10pm until 7am. They didny follow their own rule. We will not be staying here ever again!!

I didn’t like we have to use 2 different remotes to use the tv and the volume was lock at 100 on the volume.

The hotel delivered everything they promised. Clean room, comfortable arrangement. Perfect for small family.

The staff were not exactly warm. They provided all I asked for and solved problems when they arose, but they could be a little warmer to Guests. That's not a deal breaker for me, though. The neighborhood also seems a bit rough.

My reservation was mishandled between Booking.com and the hotel. When calling the hotel for a shuttle, I was rudely told that I did not have a reservation and that the hotel was full. I was also told that my confirmation number was of no use because the hotel was full. Had to scramble to find another hotel. I will not use Booking,com to get a last minute reservation in the future because there is apparently a lag to confirm with the hotel.
