The suites were amazingly big....loved it. Not in the best area though.

We found during check-in when we showed up at 9 PM that the hotel didn't have a reservation for us even though I had printed my reservation confirmation email through Booking.com. Thankfully they had a room available though.

The Manager. He canceled my reservation before even checking us in because it was me, the person who booked and paid for the reservation at the counter i stead of my husband whose name was included on the reservation. I showed my card to evidence that i was the one who paid, as my husband was on his way in and he went on a power trip and just canceled the reservation.

There should definitely be more than one person working the desk at night. Got there at 11pm. Was finally able to get into my room at midnight. 2 people infront of me and the lady had to keep answering the phone while trying to check in people. As the line behind Me got longer.
