Negatives: Hardwood floors were filthy. Get out of the shower and the bottom of our feet were black with dirt. Bed springs failing and noisy when you roll over.

Negatives: The room was extremely musty, the pillow cases had stains on them, basically every surface was sticky, looked like there was koolaid on the wall, the floors were filthy (when I got out of the shower my feet were immediately dirty from stepping on the floor), the toilet had POOP running down the side of it, and surprise BED BUGS. Thank god we didnt take any home with us! My fianc got bitten all over his arms/back.

Positives: Beds were super comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. To me, the flowers and live plants throughout the property show that they care and are trying to make this a nice place. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby.

Negatives: Room 102 was a security risk. Just push hard enough on the door and it would open while locked. Lady at front desk would not change the room for a handicapped person.

Hard wood floors, it smells really good, comfortable it had all the needs that we needed and in a really good area specially that it was our first time in Pittsburgh, PA. Positives: Staff was friendly. This is a value location. You will not be blown away by amenities, but the value combined with friendliness, comfort, and cleanliness is well worth the trade off. We needed a nice place to stay just outside of the city and this was perfect. I would highly recommend for those who just need a place to stay in a good location. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat within a five minute drive of the location.

Negatives: It is simple. Okay by me, but not for everyone.

Positives: It was easy to get to and wasnt asking $800 for the night. The bathroom was a nice size.

Negatives: The door had a huge gap it, someone could have easily busted in if they wanted to. The toilet was extremely loud to flush. The ac blew in the curtains and didnt really cool the room. we had to put something on top of the curtains to allow the air to get in the room. The stairs were very narrow and didnt look the safest. They say they offer breakfast but its just cereal.
