Negatives: Bathroom towels were thin from much laundering, dingy and gray. Not what I have come to expect in a Hampton Inn.

Positives: Very clean and updated. Breakfast had a great variety of options.

Negatives: Biggest disappointment of this hotel was that they advertised a pool, which is why we chose them, only to find out upon arrival that their pool was closed for an undisclosed time. A pool is a serious selling point for a family with small kiddos. Big thumbs down for that offense. The other notable dislike was the height of the beds. They seemed abnormally high. Very concerned my kids were going to get hurt trying to get out of bed. Im tall and felt uncomfortable myself.

No apology from staff and also unprofessional check-out next morning even with manager present at front desk! (Pool closed too)

Positives: We traveled to Clarion, PA to meet up with our daughter and family to return our grand daughter who stayed with us here in Middletown,NY during the summer from Detroit, MI. The stay was very nice, great breakfast and staff was very nice and helpful since my wife had a foot injury and couldn't walk well. I just hope we can find a Hampton Inn like this on near Detroit.

Negatives: Our stay was too short and would hope to find one near Detroit,MI.
