Positives:
The airport shuttle is very convenient.
Rooms are clean and comfy. Walking distance to restaurants.

We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years prior to flying out on vacation. This is the first time I can say I was very irritated with this hotel. Usually, we have had friendly staff but this stay, they seemed miserable and were unwelcoming. Not friendly at all.
We were charged twice for leaving our car, no big deal we tell the one guy and he says credit will be issued back to the card and it was until 2 days later I get a notification they than re billed me again so billed me, credit me then re bill me. We did speak to a woman when we got back from our trip and the card was re credited and not billed again.
We also stayed overnight when we got back from our trip before driving home and were woken up by housekeeping knocking at 9am to see if we left yet. We were super irritated. Our flight did not get in until late, it was a 4 hour flight so we planned on sleeping in until about 10 or so and then getting ready to check out by 11. Why would housekeeping knock to see if your there prior to check out? Very inconsiderate for your guests as we had to crawl out of bed to open the door in our pj's. There needs to be communication between the desk and housekeeping, letting them know when guests leave if its prior to check out. At that point, we said heck with it and got up and got ready to leave.
We have enjoyed staying there but the staff really left a bad taste this visit.

The location was nice.
Negatives:
Front desk staff asked a lot of personal probing questions upon check in. Room had numerous fruit flys. The door was not flush to the ground and you could see under it. Definitely did not have a sense of safety especially if traveling as a family/female or with children.
