We love the location- it's very close to shopping, food, areas. It is in a nice business district and conveniently located near major routes.
Negatives:
Even though we don't require a daily room cleaning, it would have been nice if the trashcans had been emptied on a daily basis. Fresh linens had to be picked up from the reservations desk. No coffee cup sleeves!!! Plus..... guests need to asked prior to check-in if they have objections to their room being near a room with pets!!!! There was a very large dog in the room across from us with a very loud and deep bark!

The staff were very helpful. I requested an early check in because I knew I was arriving early, and they were able to accommodate. The room was clean and had simple necessities (silverware, coffeemaker, stovetop, full size fridge) that would make it desirable for a longer stay.
Negatives:
The tv wouldn’t turn on, but if I were staying longer than 1 night I would have wanted it.

We had the best night...
Positives:
Fully remodeled and painted. The smell is fresh in the hallways and in the rooms compared to when I stayed last year. New carpet, paint, and flooring inside and out. They now have Dove products in the rooms for use which is a plus.

It was fine.
Positives:
Great rooms. Hotel was in the last stages of a renovation, but there was no noise. Staffing was limited, so responses were a bit slow and the desk wasn't always covered. But the location was perfect, central to the interstate and lots of food and shopping nearby.
Negatives:
Staff coverage could have been better, but they were responsive.
