Negatives: We didn’t stay. They had one room left and I paid for it. My girlfriend got there early and still charged her car even though I paid for it earlier in the day and she had the receipt and confirmation number. It was later in the evening and the room wasn’t cleaned and they still sent her up to it with the key. Room was filthy bed wasn’t made, dirty towels and trash everywhere. She said even if housekeeping did make up the room it was dusty and nasty. We weren’t going to stay there or wait hours for them to be able to clean it so they canceled it. I’m still waiting on my refund and so is my girlfriend. The hotel front desk lied and said that they would contact booking and let them know they messed up and now I paid for a room that we didn’t even stay in. I am not happy with my experience through booking since I can’t seem to talk to a person and get this resolved and especially the hotel and staff.

Negatives: Ill-mannered, extremely unfriendly staff, who are constantly absent from work. Rude and rude to the guests. Then I called the police, because I couldn't believe that you could be so boldly and brazenly left on the street and at the same time robbed me for $466.12! I called the police, using the fact that I don't know the language, she told the police that I allegedly threatened her, broke and destroyed the property of the hotel. How could I break and threaten something if there are security cameras on which you can view everything??? As a result, the police recommended that I rent another hotel at 4 a.m., and contact the website for a refund. Today I came to the hotel again, where they openly told me that they would return my money. I will sue, there are video surveillance records from their hotel. There are also my records from the phone.
