Positives:
My husband works in Cranberry for the next six months, so this is my 3rd stay. This stay was horrible, we were woken up at 12:18 am by kids running up and down the hallway and the kicked our door and woke my husband up who had to be at work at 6:00 am. I called the night person and she said she would handle it and hung up. The running stop, but they started back up at 1 in the morning. It was very unsettling and frustrating.
Negatives:
The noise that’s it I enjoy the stay each time, but last night was ridiculous, plus management did not help. This is my fourth stay.

I booked two rooms with 2 queen beds and canceled one. When I arrived I was put in a king with sofa bed and was told that is what Booking.com booked for me and there were no more queens available. I didn't have a choice but to accept. Very disappointing.

Lovely staff and great property.
Positives:
Newer, effort to be “green”, comfortable bed. Hotel was spacious. Pool and gym area were nice.
Negatives:
Guests were very loud, it was easy to hear the hallways, other rooms around us.
The sliding bathroom/closet door was a nice space saver but the gaps around the door when closed did not allow for privacy in the bathroom.
