They did not honour the room type booked, despite it being booked 5 months prior to arrival. Overbooked thru other means and essentially told me that bookings thru third party site are not guaranteed. They were fine to take my booking when the hotel wasn’t booked up.
Ended up in room with two queen beds rather than the one king bed we prefer.
We weren’t the last to check in that night. There were all kinds of keys lined up behind counter but when we got to room and called down to voice our displeasure staff were unwilling to correct issue.
Beds were not all that comfortable.

Not very welcoming. Hannah, one of your desk clerks, is nothing but RUDE!! No personality, no courtesy, definitely doesn’t like being bothered, no people skills. Hotel hospitality is definitely NOT the right job for her. She seriously needs to rethink her career choice

Location to where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable and place was clean.
Negatives:
No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Needed more towel hooks. Didn't have any cold water first night. Almost burned myself in the shower. They did fix it right away.

The staff was very nice. The lobby was beautiful. The room was spacious.
Negatives:
I was very disapointed to find that there were open, half full alcholic beverages on the floor of our room when we entered. I had my children with me and if I wouldn't have been the one to find them they could have. Also there was only one functioning elevator at the time of our stay which made the wait long. I also believe with the price we paid breakfast should have been included as it is at other hiltons I have stayed at.
