DO NOT STAY HERE. So so dirty and disgusting. And they did not have access to see our reservation from bookings.com so we had to double pay and get another room because we were tired from a road trip and just wanted to sleep. They were incredibly unhelpful and did not refund us for the other room. Reeked of cigarettes. Bathroom was nasty.

Breakfast was good. Typical breakfast food. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Pool was clean. Location of the turnpike was great. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area

Bathroom floor had dust and hair in the corners. Caulking in the bathtub was old and peeling off. Curtains were old. Even with no smoking signs, the stairwell smelled of smoke. Needs major updating. Was exactly what I expected with the price.

Lovely lobby area - nice to sit in at any time of the day. Good breakfast. There are a number of long term residents at this hotel, they are quiet and seemed friendly so no issues.

Room was small and cramped and generally not great to hang out in. There were spaces to sit in the lobby and around the pool etc so not really an issue.

Lesson learned! Cheap rooms on a last minute notice trip are a VERY BAD IDEA!! I was actually terrified as the manager continued to open the door on me as I was getting dressed!! 3 minutes later there were 4 people in the room! We checked in at 3 am and they plowed the door down at 11….dont stay here…I didn’t have my phone it was with my husband down in the car as he took the kids to get buckled in while I stayed back to be the last getting dressed and to tidy up the beds! NEVER AGAIN!! Such a sinister feeling coming from him and to this day I have anxiety about staying in any type of hotel! We have since purchased a Winnebago because I will never ever ever ever ever stay in a hotel of such people ever again in my life!!!

The room smells bad (it smells mold) The roof has a big crack. We had to change rooms and finally found one facing the Sun in the afternoon (and it smelled less moldy odor).

Not being made aware that there was a $10.00 a night fee for the dog. Why was this not disclosed when I booked the room? You guys dropped the ball on this one. Disappointed that I had to hear about this when I checked in!

The pool was in good condition. And breakfast was delicious.

All of the lounge chairs at the pool were broken. The AC didn't cool below 70 and left a huge puddle on the floor. The surfaces in the room were filthy - sticky good all over, crumbs, grimy surfaces. The ceiling was literally falling apart. Broken bathroom tiles. Huge yellow stains on the comforter.
